Basketball Training

Our small group training which is offered in eight-week sessions throughout the year is designed for youths aged 8 to and up.  It offers the following:

  • 6:1 staff to player ratio
  • 1.5 hour sessions
  • Improves dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork and basketball IQ

Our private training is designed for youths aged 8 and up and is personalized to fit specific needs.  It was designed to help athletes improve upon fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting and footwork.  It offers the following:

  • 1 to 1 personal training
  • Fundamental Skill Development
  • 1 hour sessions

Our team training is designed for youths aged 10 to 18.  We will work with coaches to personalize sessions to address specific needs.

  • Offensive and defensive concepts
  • Build team chemistry
  • 2 hour sessions
