Fitness Bootcamps

KO Athletics & Consulting Inc. currently provides three types of fitness Bootcamps.  Join one today and start achieving your goals!

Come experience an innovative approach to fitness in our women’s only fitness Bootcamp.  This Bootcamp is offered twice per week and is open to women of all abilities.  It includes:

  • A 50 minute session
  • Full body workout

Our athletes only fitness bootcamp will help athletes stay in  muscle and mental toughness.  It includes:

  • 1 hour session
  • An Intense circuit workout

For co-ed participants of all abilities.  Experience an innovative less intense approach to fitness in our recreational class.  This Bootcamp is offered daily Monday – Friday 6am and 7 am.  The sessions include:

  • 50 minute session
  • Full body workout
